SP Turbo Magic Materia in Crisis Core Final Fantasy VII – How to Get
Materia Fusion can be used to obtain SP Turbo Magic Materia by merging Libra and SP Turbo Magic together.
It can be obtained as a reward for completing Missions 3–6 or taken from Belial.
The SP Turbo Magic Materia increases the power of magical attacks by 20% per Materia level.
This is a Support Materia, which contains materia that affects the equipped Command or Magic Materia.

About Crisis Core Reunion
The story is set seven years before the events of FINAL FANTASY VII (1997).
Zack Fair, a young and ambitious Soldier. Zack is tasked with tracking down a missing Private 1st Class named Genesis Rhapsodos.
