After a mostly cold autumn and a winter that they say will be more rainy than the previous ones, one of the ideal foods is creams and soups based on seasonal vegetables and proteins that, together, provide a lot of nutrients for the system immune.

Home preparation has become an ally for those who seek to reduce expenses, time and cook nutritiously. Cauliflower and celery cream

The combination of green ingredients will make the cream ready in 30 minutes, with a dense consistency and rich in nutrients. For this option, Philips recommends the 7000 blender with ProBlend Ultra technology, ideal for varying textures.

Ingredients:

  • 400 grams of cauliflower
  • 400 grams of celery stalks
  • 800cc. vegetable broth
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 50 grams of new spinach
  • Rinse the cauliflower. Wash and cut the celery stalk into slices, reserving some for the final touch. Put the cauliflower, celery and salt in a pot. Pour in the vegetable broth and cook over medium heat for about 20 minutes or until the vegetables are cooked. Allow to cool for about 20 minutes before transferring it to the blender jug.
  • Carefully pour the cooled soup into the blender jar and add the spinach. Blend using the soup program until a smooth and homogeneous mixture is obtained.
  • When ready, serve the cauliflower and celery cream decorated with celery slices and fresh herbs.

Pumpkin Cream

  • 80cc. Vegetables soup
  • 100 cc milk cream
  • nutmeg to taste
  • 30 gr. butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Place the pumpkin in medium pieces in the SoupMaker, the vegetable broth, the milk cream, the salt, the pepper and a pinch of grated nutmeg and press the cream function.
  • When the cream is ready add the butter, beat lightly with the manual mixing function until dissolved and serve.
  • Serve with croutons.
  • A secret, placing the butter last will accentuate the cream better and prevent it from cutting.
