What a great wedding at Sopwell House! Its always a good sign when I get to the bridal room on a wedding to find lots of activity. Its was all happening with a great atmosphere. Before the ceremony, I went and met with Owen for a run through of the secret for the ceremony. They had organised for a owl to fly into the room to deliver the rings. Thankfully when the big moment came, ‘Frodo’ quite literally delivered! In fact he didn’t want to return and did a lap of honor around the ceremony room! Faye and Owen had organised a long reception drinks which gave them plenty of time to mingle with their family and guests rather than being rushed. There was even a few breaks in the classic summer weather to have some portraits.
After the wedding breakfast and speeches, there was a game of Mr & Mrs hosted by Barney which brought everyone to the dance floor to get the evening entertainment started! It was great to see everyone up dancing from the first dance! Here is a selection from their day. Please comment and share.
