Sony’s 5.1 Channel Soundbar Type Home Theater Systems

When Home Theater Systems were launched, they gained quick popularity because of the awesome audio experience they provide. However, lately the trend of the home theater systems has been seen shifting towards the Sound Bars. Keeping that in mind, Sony has introduced Home Theater Systems HT- RT5 and HT- RT3 that are accompanied by the Sound bars- HT - CT790 and HT - CT390.

These Home Theater Systems deliver 600W of power through their rear and multi-angled speakers. The external subwoofer works with a 3 channel Soundbar to deliver better theater surround sound. The two rear speakers work to deliver a wide frequency audio response. The HT- RT5 and HT- RT3 home theater systems are Equipped with S-Master Digital Amplifier.

HT-RT3:

The HT-RT3 is equipped to minimize sound distortion and comes with a USB, HDMI-out x 1. It can be easily synced with BRAVIA TVs. Its slim design follows the clean living room philosophy and causes less wire clutter in the room. Users just need to plug it in to the TV via HDMI and connect the speakers via the colour-coded connections.

HT-RT3 is available in the market since 4th Jul 2016 at the price of Rs. 18,990

HT RT5:

HT RT5 wireless speaker delivers power output of 550W and provides a well-balanced and fine audio output. It too allows one touch wireless listening with Bluetooth & NFC for wireless connectivity. And like HT-RT3, it too creates less wire clutter and can sync with BRAVIA TVs and Songpal app. HT-RT5 is equipped with Wi-fi system, SB (music) and HDMI-in x 3 and HDMI-out x 1

HT RT5 will be available form 18th Jul, 2016 at the price of Rs. 54,990

HT-CT790:

HT-CT790 is a 2.1 channel Wireless Sound Bar with power output of 330W. It is equipped with the S-Master digital amp that helps in reducing sound distortion and can stream audio in high-quality with LDAC. It comes with drivers at each end of sound bar and 15 inch (38 cm) wireless subwoofer and S-Force PRO Front (virtual surround sound technology).

HT-CT790 measures 2.5 inch (6.4 cm) and can be mounted on wall. The HT-CT790 has one touch wireless listening with Bluetooth & NFC, Wi-Fi and can be easily synched with BRAVIA TV's.

HT-CT790 will be available from 16th Jul 2016 and will be priced at Rs. 35,990

HT-CT390

HT-CT390 is 2.1 channel Wireless Sound Bar with 300W power output. It too comes with drivers at each end of sound bar and a wireless subwoofer that can be placed anywhere in the room. HT-CT390 is equipped with S-Force Front Surround that emulates theatre style surround sound. For connectivity, it has HDMI (ARC), USB, optical and analog connections. It too is capable of One touch wireless listening with Bluetooth & NFC and can be synched with BRAVIA TV's. It is Songpal compatible.

The HT-CT390's measures 2″ (5.2 cm) and will be available from 20th Jul, 2016 at the price of Rs. 24,990
