I know I can always count on all of you to give me the best advice. I’m going to have to rock a hat at the beach for sure, especially since so many of you said it’s so fashionable.
After I got off work I hit the gym!!!

Yep. Maren did some fitness! I did 40 minutes on the elliptical glider. I felt like I could have done my usual hour but I wanted to ease back into it since I took all last week off and avoid being too sore today.
While on the machine I chomped a cherry fruit leather for an extra boost.
ALL THE DINNER
when I got home from the gym it was only 5:15 but I was really really hungry. I tried waiting until a normal dinner time to eat but I kept hitting the kitchen for food. Dinner became a mish-mosh of random snacks.
a little manhattan clam chowder from a can.
Some quick tuna salad on mixed baby greens and a toasted sandwich thin (Whole Wheat!)
mix a can of tuna with:
- relish
- mustard of choice
- 1 tbsp mayo
- celery salt
- black pepper
- onion powder
a very large chocolate mint vegan cookie of deliciousness.
Like I said, dinner was random and crazy!
I spent last night doing some stretching and watching The Men Tell All on the Bachelorette.
BREAKFAST
My dinner was really really filling so I didn’t feel hungry this morning. I had a grande coffee and I added a little soymilk for some extra umph.
It’s gotta get me to lunch after all.
