Products:
3 tea cups flour
2 tea cups sugar
50 ml olive oil
1 tbs cocoa
150 grams yogurt
120 ml warm water
100 g dark chocolate
30 g almonds
4 eggs
10 g baking powder
Powdered sugar, for sprinkling
Method:
Eggs are broken down to a creamy mixture with the sugar. After that we add the olive oil gradually and continuously stirring.
We mix the flour with the baking powder and add them to the egg mixture while stirring with a stirrer, alternating it with hot water to give a cake mix.
The baking dish is greased with the olive oil and sprinkled with a little flour. The mixture is separated into half. In one half we put sifted cocoa and mix well. The brown cocoa half comes first and the white one is poured over it without stirring. On top we spread crushed chocolate chips and almonds without pressing them into the mixture too much. Bake for 40 minutes at 170C in preheated oven.
When the cake is ready let it cool a little and then sprinkle with powdered sugar.
