There is a sleeping pattern for humans genetically and if that is followed, then anyone can overcome insomnia. Go to bed at the same time every day and get up at the same time every day. Stay calm while going to bed. Or do something that keeps the body and brain calm while sleeping and you may get into the habit of sleeping.
