This is according to the Amazon listing here, which was found by Gaming Everything via a tweet from Wario64. The Sleeping Dogs: Definitive Edition: Limited Edition comes with an art book and all DLC.
Sleeping Dogs: Definitive Edition is listed for a release on PS4 and Xbox One October 14.
