It’s not a mountain, but with its 147 meters, Himmelbjerget is one of the highest hills of Denmark. This was the second time that Lars and I tried to visit the place. The first time was in the summer of 2010; we had to run away, since there were way too many tourists on and around the hill. We hardly took any pictures.
This time we were a bit luckier. With the magnificent views and beautiful nature, it’s easy to understand why this is a popular destination. On top of the hill, there were lots of people again, but this time Lars and I were determined not to leave the area without any pictures.
