During our time touring the chic boutique, we enjoyed the most delicious scones and cake pops from Danielle Marullo's Got Room for More, as we swooned over the pastel tropical-print wallpaper, designed and hand-made by famed UK wallpaper designer, Marthe Armitage (it was such a wonderful contrast to the cold outside), and the very modern chandelier made-to-order by Brooklyn-based artist, Lindsay Adelman. Both remarkable design elements were great compliments to the brightness of the boutique's interior.
Located in the West Village at 343 Bleecker St, the stunning 760-square-foot boutique offers Sisley's acclaimed skincare, make-up and fragrance collections, as well as their outstanding beauty treatments in its spa room, all of which will make any beauty lover's holiday more luxurious. Have a special event to go to? Get primped and pampered in the private make-up area, created especially for special occasion make-up needs.
"We wanted the boutique to feel warm and inviting," said Christine d'Ornano, Sisley's International Vice President and daughter of Founder, Hubert d'Ornano. "Less like a retail space and more like an apartment where you can come and discuss your skin's needs, have a facial or have your make up done before a party. A Sisley home in downtown New York."
We strongly advise visiting this chic beauty haven, just a fair warning, you may not want to leave.
