Single By Sunday and The Fallaways at Indie Week 2018

Single By Sunday and The Fallaways were part of an exciting lineup of music at The Bovine Sex Club in Toronto on Thursday night during Indie Week 2018.

All the way from Glasgow, Single By Sunday brought a ton of energy and their power pop sound to The Bovine, amping up the crowd and controlling the room. We had them on our list of 10 Don't Miss Bands for Indie Week 2018, and when they hit the stage, they showed everyone that they deserved that spot.

And while the TO crowd may not have been super familiar with the band's music, they were all-in when the boys dug into their bag of tricks to play pop-punk covers. The loudest reactions felt like they came when Single By Sunday paid tribute to local favourites Sum 41 by playing an enthusiastic cover of Fat Lip.

The Fallaways, in town from Kelowna, brought that same uptempo energy to Indie Week, firing on all cylinders.

The crowd was into it, invested, and singing along throughout the set. And the band did their part in keeping things moving (literally) with tons of dancing and an exceptional amount of jumping around from bass player, Trevor Walker.

When you have an opportunity to see these B.C. boys, we suggest you take it!
