Here's my response to the Yahoo! assignment that asked writers to rehash their first time in Paris. The best vacation of my life was two summers ago when Gary and I went on a nearly two week backpacking excursion through France, Belgium, Netherlands, Czech, Austria, and Germany to celebrate our 5th anniversary.
