Side Cut East Coast India Pale Ale – Bridge Brewing Company

By Mike @mikescraftbeer

From Bridge Brewing Company in North Vancouver comes their newest "Side Cut East Coast India Pale Ale". The beer pours a very cloudy deep orange with an off white head. The aroma consists of citrus rind, citrus, dank hops with a floral finish. The flavour is of citrus rind, citrus, tropical fruits, resin, mild bitterness and a mild earth finish. The alcohol content comes in at 7.3% with an IBU of 59. I really like the style of East Coast India Pale Ales with they very cloudy appearance and they fuller body. This one does a great job of mimicking those characteristics while still having some west coast edge.

Commercial Description: Hazy, juicy, fresh North East IPA. Huge flavours of citrus & tropical fruit, soft & full mouthfeel.
