During the 90's,one of my favorite boots styles were the "witch" aka "granny or victorian" or "can-can dancer" style boots. It may have been my love of all things vintage (and french) but I had several pairs in a variety of heights (heel and shaft) and styles (lace up, slip on, buckled) in my shoe collection - I still may have a pair or two in my possession. Anyway, I still have a soft spot for this boot silhouette which is why I so love the above Penny Sue Cha Cha Sculptural Platform Bootie. This avant garde-looking, faux leather bootie features a textured starburst applique, slightly upturned toe, a cool low cut collar, and a 5 1/2" chunky wrapped heel with 1 1/2" hidden platform. It makes me want to pull out my vintage floral granny dresses. What do you think ladies, do you agree?
