Shevon Hit 155 to Build up Sri Lanka Youth Innings

Shevon Daniel made a superb knock of 155 in 237 balls with 25 fours and a six as Sri Lanka under 19’s made a bold reply of 383 for 6 wickets against England under 19′ s at the tea time of the third days play of the second four day cricket fixture played at Darby, England yesterday.

The third day belongs to Daniel who played a anchor role to build up the total to reply of England’ s first innings total of 381 all out.

The deputy skipper Daniel added 160 runs third wicket stand with Pawan Pathiraja who hit 55 in 155 balls with 9 fours while Ranuda Somaratne (37) and skipper Raveen de Silva (30 n.o) made useful knocks for Sri Lanka youth team.
