Verdict: Bleakly Thought Provoking
Story: She Dies Tomorrow starts when Amy (Sheil) believes she is going to die tomorrow, she is looking into the next stages of her body’s life, turning to her best friend Jane (Adams) to talk to. Amy is filled with this fear of death tomorrow, which sees her look for more from her final night on this planet, only this fear starts to wear off on Jane too.
With the ominous threat starting to become contagious, more people are facing the reality that they are dying tomorrow, only there is no evidence to prove they would be, is the mind just planning tricks, or is there something more sinister afoot.
Thoughts on She Dies Tomorrow
Characters – Amy finds herself suddenly struck down with a bleak depression realization she is dying tomorrow, she can’t explain why this is, but she knows it is it for her, turning to her best friend only to see her fears spread, Amy does look to spend the last night doing things she wants to do. Jane is the first friend that starts to get infected by the cause, only for her to turn to more spreading things even more people. We continue to see this spread between households, with more people starting to think this is their last day.
Performances – Kate Lyn Sheil does a great job in the leading role showing us just how life has been drained from her, the supporting cast all show the change they go through during the film.
Story – The story here follows one lady who starts to believe she is dying tomorrow, which soon starts to get spread between her friends, as everyone starts to question their own morality, asking the big questions in life. This does bring us to ask the big question on life, what would it be like if things were to end tomorrow, what would you do and how would you spend that time. It does also play into the idea of how something could spread without any explanation. We do meet a lot of characters in this film, with each having their own final plans. The unexplained side to everything does add to the disturbing factor involved in the film.
Settings – The film gives us the everyday life of all the characters, each one has and is in a good place until the dread starts spreading to them.

Final Thoughts – This is a disturbing look at how dread can spread, well acted and leaves you wanting to know more about what is going on.
