Dark, monochromatic decor is most often associated with masculine interiors, but this stunning Stockholm apartment proves that theory wrong. Its minimalist yet warm ambiance has enough soft details that makes it versatile. I find it interesting how they decided not paint the walls all the way to the ceiling, creating a sort of molding effect—a technique that works best with high ceilings and smooth walls. Another lovely detail is the rug-like pattern they designed with black and white tiles in the foyer and kitchen, a cool way of bringing visual interest to both areas. I love everything about this Scandinavian nest!
