For those regular readers to our blog you will have seen we are reviewing one of the food subscription boxes from Degustabox,and now this is our second box the September/Autumn addition.Just a little re-cap to any new viewers today about Degustabox.

What will I find in the Degustabox?You will receive a variety of exciting food products, the items in the box will be a surprise but we can say one thing, you will always find something new and delicious!
Do I need to pay for anything extra?Once you have paid for the box, £12.99 including shipping, that’s it, nothing more
I have received my first Degustabox, what next?If you are satisfied with your box, continue with your subscription, if not, cancel your subscription before the 10th of the month by sending an email to hello@degustabox.com
A product in the Degustabox arrived in poor condition, what do I do?No problem, send us an email to: hello@degustabox.com and we will send you a new one immediately.
Do I need to subscribe to receive a box?Yes, it is a monthly subscription but there is no commitment involved, you can unsubscribe at anytime.Are my card details authorised?Upon registering, restarting regular deliveries, reactivating your account or changing card details, a £2 payment may be taken from your card in order to authorise it and prevent fraud. This payment will be immediately voided, but some banks may temporarily reflect these against your account balance. 
Can I order more than one box per month?Yes of course, but remember all boxes are the same each month, if you want to order more than one please subscribe using details of the intended recipient.
How do I unsubscribe?Unsubscribe by sending an email to hello@degustabox.com before the 10th of the month.
My box has been slow to arrive. How can I check its status?To check your box status we will send you a tracking number as we send your box out. If your box hasn’t arrived before the 30th send us an email and we will solve it immediately.So now you all know more what they offer will now go on to tell you what you can get inside your boxes.Your Degustabox will come in a cardboard box with their logo around the outside and on opening you quickly notice the very well presented paper wrapping with a sticker saying

Recipes that you can use from your box,today I am going to be making----              Chocolate Indulgence Mousse PotsINGREDIENTS -Serves around 4 when small pots 2 with large pots50 g of Dark Chocolate Chunks    (if don't have little chucks normal bar in to small pieces is fine)
50 g of Milk Chocolate Chunks
50 g of Marshmallows 
2 tbsp of Water
200ml Whipping Cream       (double cream is ok if you don't have the other)
3 Bars of Pick Up (milk chocolate ones) Found in your September Degustabox
Few Elizabeth Shaw Dark Mint Thins (Also found in your September Degustabox)METHOD First place your dark and milk chocolate & marshmallows into a microwavable bowl.
Add 2 tbsp of water then melt in the microwave for 30-60 seconds.
Leave to cool slightly.
Whip 200ml of whipping cream with an electric whisk until just stiffened.
Fold the chocolate mixture into the cream until fully combined.
Taste the mixture to see if it has enough chocolate taste to your liking, if not add a little more.
Then take 3 of your pick up bars and place them in a bag or tin foil, with a rolling pin bash the biscuits with the pin until your desired texture.

Putting your mousses together
Take some of the crushed biscuits into your glass pots or what ever you have chosen to put them in, and layer the bottom of the glass with some.
Then place a layer of your chocolate mousse do this a few times repeating each step , once you have done this sprinkle a few of the crumbs on the top then take you dark chocolate thins and place one into each pot.
And chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
Then you are ready to serve and enjoy!Step by step picture gallery
