Let’s face it; Seoul Garden is still alive because they made a killing a long time ago when there were few authentic Korean eateries and could get away with their terrible marinades. Let’s put it this way. To say Seoul Garden’s is authentic Korean food is like saying ‘Singapore Noodles’ found overseas is authentic, well, Singapore noodles.
