Sen5es, Hotel Pullman, Gurgaon - Exceptionally Good

 Buffets and brunches are becoming very popular in delhi/NCR. These are good value for money, excellent spread and have variety where customers have the option to choose from salads, soups, starters, different cuisines and variety of deserts. When I got an invite to try buffet at Sen5es, Hotel Pullman, I was excited and curious to meet Chef - Tanveer Kwatra, the man behind the kitchen. In a short span, he has carved a big name for himself. With five live kitchens they will make sure that you go through an amazing gastronomical experience!
I strolled around the entire area to have a look at the spread.Wide variety of Salads, mouthwatering chaat section, drooling Desserts and the most comprehensive oriental food, got my appetite scorching!The live tandoori grill, live burger section and fresh wood oven pizzas are worth trying .A very interesting concept of fruit infused water that makes plain water simply exciting and would break ones addiction to chemical filled diet drinks J.
The Live - Ice Cream Teppanyaki, where you could choose your flavours and toppings and watch chef preparing everything in front of you! It is impossible not to try a piece of everything and with live stations cooking authentic dishes – It is hard to decide where to start from! 
I started the usual way- Salads and then onto the oriental section. Carrot raisin Apple, Indian Chaat, Burgers, Grilled Chicken , Haryali fish tikka , dhungara murg tikka – juiciest and the most gorgeous of the bountiful buffetI couldn’t resist myself from not trying everything and I loved the Main course. I was in for a treat with every bite thatI took and every dish that I tried. Beef in black pepper sauce, Nehari Gosht, Trivandrum fish curry and chicken biryani were amongst the favorite and I couldn’t resist second helping of them. Perfection is the word that best describes these dishes.
Dessert Section was the ultimate Indulgence! The smoky flavor of the kheer gets thumbs-up!Unfortunately Chef Tanveer was not there and I missed meeting him, I would love to go back again and meet him. However I had great time chatting with Sous Chef Sunil who joined them last month.The spread that they have at Sen5ses in terms of quality and quantity is remarkable!
