These are my New Year’s Resolutions:
Resolutions related to PHYSICAL HEALTH:
- Drinking 2.5 l of water everyday
- Working out every other day
- Finally getting these wisdom teeth removed
Resolutions related to MENTAL HEALTH:
- Meditating everyday for 15 minutes
- Writing down my goals for the following day every night
- Reading everyday for at least 30 minutes
Resolutions related to COMPASSION:
- Donating more money to people in need and to animal shelters each month
- Offering mental health and study advise
Resolutions related to UNIVERSITY and SUCCESS:
- Never procrastinate!
- Never miss a day of studying (even if it’s just an hour)
- Studying French every day
- Studying Chinese every day
- Keeping my uni documents organized
My goals for 2022
- Ranking first (getting a 1.0 on every exam)
- Receiving my dream scholarship
- Speaking French perfectly
- Working for four different charity organizations
- Finding a job I love that relates to what I am studying at university
- Traveling with my amazing friends
