Self Worth and Body Image (Video)

Is your self worth tied to the size that you wear?  With the recent announcement of J. Crew’s plans to sell a size 000, I received a message from a dear friend of mine who openly admitted to how this effected her perception of herself, and it wasn’t positive.

I decided to give my thoughts on vanity and glamor sizing and how we as women allow ourselves to judge our worth based on the size label.  Watch the video below.  What are your thoughts?
