“Khudi ko kar Buland itana, ki har taqdeer se pehle khuda bande se khud pooche bata teri raza kya hai.”

I am an experienced registered yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance Australia (ERYT 500). I hold a diploma in Ayurvedic lifestyle consultancy, Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Sanskrit, and Masters’s in Business administration (HR). I am the founder of WWW.CONSCIOUSBCONSCIOUSM.COM.

Life struck me hard several times, which made me search for the answers. After decades of studies, profound meditations, and experiences, I have gained the pearls of wisdom. My articles are authentic and based on real experiences. I talk about the outcomes and possibilities. There is no such thing as failure. What we call failures in modern terms are only the experiences there to teach us what we need to learn to be wise. Each failure adds virtues to our character. It helps us understand not to be proud and respect the people who have not yet achieved as much as others. Failure does not prove that we have less potential than anyone else. It only means that we have to try again consciously and persistently. My thoughts have no room for judgment; I respect and love all impartially. The objective of my life is to help people find their lost selves and help them reconnect to themselves.

WWW.CONSCIOUSBCONSCIOUSM.COM is a website for people of all ages who want to grow conscious and raise their children consciously, who are redefining their perspective of life and seeking alternatives to the narrative. People who want to grow younger and wiser as they grow older. People who want to learn the skills to stay happy in odd circumstances.

Some of the worst thing life can through at us are – injury, breakup, failure, illness, separation, accident, or demise of a loved one. It is ok to grieve for a period to process it. Acceptance is the key. Stagnant water starts stinking after a period. Likewise, crying for years is harbouring disease in the body and the mind.

My life is about me. Your life is about you, and everyone’s life is about themselves. In other words, life means self. To improve our lives, we need to improve ourselves. To search for the meaning of life, we need to know ourselves. How we understand ourselves is by being conscious in the body as well as in mind.

Constantly work on improving thoughts, behaviour, diet, and lifestyle. Every single day is a new day, new energy. If we want that energy to work for us, we need to work for us too. Being lazy and self-ignorant can be a toll that we pay later. Make the right choices.

A skilful sailor knows how to navigate his boat in various seasons and reaches the shore each time. To cross the ocean of life, we need to be conscious. Massive life cyclones are sailed easily with promptitude.

No matter how much life is gone.
No matter how much is lost.
Dare to rise and start again.
Dare to smile and laugh again.
Believe in yourself
