You'll need to have these ingredients for your scrambled eggs: Eggs, tomato, garlic, onions, green onions, mayonnaise, salt and pepper. By the way, that white thing in the glass is a mayonnaise. We'll just take a tablespoon of mayonnaise. No need to use the entire thing.
Your onion, garlic, green onion and tomatoes should be chopped. If there's a certain vegetable that you want to add, red/green bell pepper perhaps, feel free to add it up here.
Beat the eggs in a mixing bowl.
Add a tablespoonful of mayonnaise.
Add green onions,tomatoes, salt and pepper to the mixture. You have to agree with me. Red and green looks yummy together.Right? :)
Saute onions and garlic in a skillet or frying pan. Garlic really smells great!
Pour in the egg mixture. Allow egg to cook for a minute and whisk gently. Stir constantly until egg is cook and set. Transfer cooked egg on a plate and SERVE!
Scrambled Eggs With Vegetables Recipe
Ingredients:
- 4 eggs
- 1/4 cup onions (chopped)
- 3 small tomato
- 1 green onion (finely chopped)
- 1 clove of garlic (minced)
- 1 tablespoon Mayonnaise
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1 pinch pepper
Directions:
- Beat eggs in a mixing bowl.
- Add mayonnaise, green onions, tomatoes, salt and pepper.
- In a skillet or frying pan, saute garlic and onions over medium-high heat.
- Pour in the egg mixture and allow egg to cook for 1-minute.
- Stir constantly until egg is cook and set.
- Remove from heat and SERVE!
