1. Turmeric

How to use
- Take a teaspoonful of pure turmeric powder & add in a glass of hot cow’s milk. Drink this milk once or twice daily.

- You can also take a teaspoonful of Cinnamon powder in a glass of water. Boil this until remaining half, strain the mixture. Drink this herbal decoction once daily.
