Students who had submitted their online application for admission to the two-year Diploma in Elementary Education course under the State Council for Educational Research and Training (SCERT), will be required to participate in an entrance examination called Pre-Admission Test. No student will be eligible to get admission in the above course without appearing PET. Students will be able to download their admit cards for the upcoming PET of SCERT from the official portal. PET exam for Assam D.El.Ed admission is to be held on 19th September 2021.

Students who had submitted their online application for admission to the two-year D.El.Ed course under SCERT, Assam, are able to download their pre-entry test admit card from the official portal of SCERT, Assam.

- Click on SCERT Assam Admit Card link.
- An official page will be loaded.
- Inside that page enter your asked details including Application Number and click on Submit button.
- After submission of form, your PET Admit Card with examination venue will be displayed.
- Now, take a print out and go to the examination venue on the said date.

Syllabus of D.El.Ed Pre-Entry Test
The test will have two sections, Section-I and Section-II. The question pattern and marking according to these sections will be as follows.
Total Marks: 100 Marks
Total Time: 2 Hours
Type of Question: Multiple Choice Question
Number of Questions: 100 Questions
Negative Marking: For every incorrect answer, 0.25 mark shall be deducted from the total marks secured by the candidate. More than one answer given to a question will be treated as an incorrect answer.
