Rain!!! It has been the wettest June on record for most of our state! The humidity it has brought has meant things just haven't had a chance to dry out at all.

For Salads, Juice and Stirfries I have been picking Amaranth, Silverbeet, Chinese Broccoli, Celery, Cress, Gotu Kola, Lettuce, Kale, Parsley, Beetroot and Sweet Potato Leaves and Lebanese, Upland and Water-Cress which are not always weighed.
