Samsung’s Cloud Gaming Service Will Be Available On More Galaxy Devices
PlayGalaxy Link that has been in beta for some time now will soon be available to more Samsung devices. The cloud service allows users to play their PC games exclusively on Samsung handheld devices.
The concept of allowing users to enjoy PC games on their smartphone devices is a novel concept in the era of cloud gaming. Notably, other platforms like Valve’s Steam Link, NVIDIA’s GeForce Now and Parsec also allow users to stream and enjoy games on handheld devices.
According to XDA-developers, the PlayGalaxy Link was available on Samsung Galaxy Note 10 and on Galaxy S10, Galaxy S10+, Galaxy S10e, and Galaxy S10 5G in beta. But Samsung will now bring the service to some old and new devices in early December 2019. Users will be able to use the service on Galaxy Fold, S9, S9+, Note 9, and Galaxy A90 soon.
