Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra specification has been leaked online with a 5000mah battery, 108-Megapixel Quad rear camera setup, and Snapdragon 875 SoC. As per the leaked report, Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra will go official in January along with Galaxy S21 & Galaxy S21 plus. It may run on One UI 3.0 on top of Android 10 OS and will be available in colour options like black, silver, and violet.

The South Korean tech company is all set to launch its next-generation flagship series soon. Recently, The key specifications of the Galaxy S21 Ultra have been shared by the 91Mobiles. According to the publication report, the Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra model number is SM-G998U and will feature a 6.8 inches Dynamic Amoled Display with 2K resolution and a high refresh rate of 120Hz or 144Hz. Under the hood, The smartphone will be powered by Snapdragon 875 or Exynos 2100 CPU. The SD875 model is expected to go towards markets like the U.S. and China whereas India could be one of the markets that will receive its Exynos edition.
In terms of optics, The smartphone will be equipped with a Quad rear camera setup that may include a 108-megapixel primary sensor. For selfie, It may have a 40-megapixel selfie shooter that will be housed in a top-center positioned hole punch cutout. Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra will pack with a 5000mah battery and the support of 60W or 66W fast charging technology. Some rumors also suggest that it could arrive with S-Pen support as well.
