Sample Purchase Order For EPABX Purchase

Ref: Your DIGITAL IP-PBX EPABX Quotation Dated 17.02.2015.

With reference to the quotation received from you and further discussions in between us, we are pleased to inform you that your quotation has been duly accepted by the Management and you are hereby requested to supply and install EPABX System on or before 10.03.2015 as detailed below:

2.DELIVERY: Complete installation within a week by 10.03.2015

3.PAYMENT: 10% as advance. 80% on receipt of Invoice after completion of installation. 5% on successful handover and balance 5% will be made after completion of deferred liability period. Payment will be made in favour of 'TELI SYSTEMS'
4.WARRANTY: One Year from the date of issue of completion certificate.

5. AMC: 15% of total product value per year after warranty period. Which will cover repair/replacement of hardware or/and software of the sub products in the PO
