Sometimes, due to emergency maybe, we have to postpone or alter our pre-fixed events. Hence, we need to cancel our booking of club premises or any hall. Dear Sir,
This is to inform you that we have booked your club premises (Front Lawn) for a private function for the date 22.08.2019. In this regards, I want to let you know that due to some reasons the said program will not take place. Therefore this is my request to your good-self to cancel the booking and return the amount paid for booking (via Cheque no 132456 for Rs.6400.00 dated 10.08.19 and Security deposit by Cheque no 132457 for Rs.100000.00 dated 10.08.19).
Please do the needful at earliest convenience.
