I'd say Sam Smith won 2014, hands down. And while there have been a ton of remixes of his material, I know when I see Flume attached to one that we should get some special. The electronic producer took on "Lay Me Down," with an intricate blend of wobbles and new distortions that take this song to a futuristic level. Flume has also been pretty quite this year so far, but something tells me he has been working on some new material. This remix being a hint of what might be coming. Stream the remix below.
