Sally’s Chocolate Chip Cookies

By At350degrees

I’ve been looking back to my roots…To cookies, that is. My all-time favorite Soft & Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookie recipe is by far my most famous dessert. Regardless of my 5-layer cakes or fancy pastries, my cookies take the blue ribbon as the “fan-favorite”. So, when I found this YouTube video (below) about the science behind cookies, I was intrigued to investigate my ultimate cookie recipe, courtesy of the fabulous Martha Stewart. Of course, my traditional chocolate chip cookies hold a special place in my heart, but they might have to make room for this new recipe in town! Sally’s Chocolate Chip Cookies are sweet, soft, delicious, and thicker, too. The secret, Sally claims, is a touch of cornstarch, which adds height and tenderness to the cookies (and remind me of my Coconut Chocolate Chip Cookies). Undeniably delicious, this recipe is truly outstanding and motivates me to search within the cookie kingdom; perhaps I’ll start a quest testing recipes for the perfect chocolate chip cookie. Stay tuned…and enjoy!!
