Opposition Leader Sajith Premadasa criticized the government for not been able to provide Thriposha, the nutrient content given free to pregnant mothers and children. “The Triposha factory is closed.
Mothers and children do not get Thriposha any more. This government cannot give Triposha.We have a Prime Minister who cannot give children Thriposha. We have a President who can’t give Thriposha to children,” Premadasa told the House yesterday (5).
Premadasa also said that the opinion of the people about Parliament is that it is a place where accusations are thrown around without providing solid answers to their problems.
