Seattle Seahwaks QB, Russell Wilson and his wife, Ciara spent Tuesday, spreading grace and love at Seattle Children’s Hospital.

The pictures were shared on Seattle Children’s Hospital Facebook page with the caption: ‘From Seattle Seahawks super fan surprises to the sweetest goodbye lullaby, Russel Wilson and Ciara spread love, grace and cheer to patients and families today.’

The mother of two, who is often photographed with her husband Russell spending time with the patients at the hospital, wrote on her IG account.
