Ruffles & Sequins on a Cloudy Day

Ruffles and Sequins are a few of my favorite things. The perfect details to cheer up on a dull day. There is no sight of spring and I think, I have complained enough about that on the blog. It has been raining the whole past week and worse still, they say, we can have some more snow next week. I mean, really? It is already April for crying out loud.
So, while it was still gloomy outside, I decided to dress up in a ruffle top and a sequin skirt and that cheered me up instantly. See, that's all it takes. A girl's gotta dress up.
In my own little ways, I have been trying to welcome spring.
