he Kate, William and the royal babies George, Charlotte and Louis would spent the holidays in the UK it was now known. Now, however, the destination where the royal family will actually spend the summer has been discovered and is, as expected, in Cornwall.

Specifically, the Dukes of Cambridge will enjoy the sea of Tresco, an island belonging to the archipelago of the Sorlinghe Islands or Isles of Scilly. The reason for this choice? First of all for the beauty of the island which, in addition to being treated and kept as a jewel by the inhabitants and the local administration, offers among the many attractions, as well as a very rich fish cuisine, also the Abbey Gardens, wonderful vegetable gardens botanists with more than 4,000 plant species.

And then a museum on Viking memorabilia, immaculate beaches with an ocean view and a climate that, if not really temperate (in August there are maxima of 19 degrees), guarantees to spend time on the beach having fun without risking heat stroke. But above all the island preserves the memories of William's childhood who, just in June 1989, at the age of 7, had come to Tresco with dad Charles, mom Diana and Harry who was 5 years old at the time.

A place that must have remained in the heart of the Prince who now probably wants to revive his children. What to add if not: "happy holidays"!
