Rosé De Léoube

By Theneonhub @theneonhub

Château Léoube is a French winery restored by the English founders of Daylesford Organic. It lies in a coastal cove on Cap Bénat where the proximity of the sea, moderate rainfall, sunny days and cool nights provide an ideal climate for growing grapes.

Try their delicate pink Rosé de Léoube which is a blend of Grenache (40%) and Cinsault (40%) grapes. There is some ocean breeze in this zesty wine along with a taste of berries and a clean finish. Neon loves it as an super-cold aperitif but it would also work well less chilled with dessert.
