Rock & Roll Party

By Vixenmade @vixenMade
Hey everyone!
After a month break, I'm back.  And I'm here to show you my twin boys birthday party they celebrated this past weekend.
If you can believe it, they turned 4.
It's crazy how quickly they've grown already.  It's always a little sad.  But it's a blast seeing them grow, too.
Anyways, my little guys love to rock.  They love music and they love to make music.  So when I mentioned a 'Rock & Roll' theme for their upcoming birthday party, they were all for it.
For the dessert table, I wanted to include the boys favorite treats.  Such as the jello stars, jelly beans, chocolates, airheads candy and pretzels.

The boys also wanted cupcakes instead of a cake, so I adorned the chocolate frosting with silver 'studs' for a rockstar look.

Marshmallow microphones for the singers.

Pretzel drumsticks for the drummers.

And some fun candies for our little rock stars to enjoy!

Another favorite:  KoolAid.

I picked up these skull paper straws in Halloween clearance, which worked perfectly.

Pizza was served as well, so we set up the table for all the kids.  We used records, rockstar cutouts and disco balls to decorate the table with.

And the disco balls were a hit, as they projected some fun lighting around the room.

After our meal, the kids got to go down and have a rock concert.  The kids could all make themselves rockstars with a tattoo booth:

And a merch table with their 'swag bags', dress up clothes and other accessories.

Makeup, nail polish, hair color (chalk and gel) and sticker 'piercings' were available too.

Their 'swag bags' (or favor bags) consisted of an inflatable guitar, a guitar pick, skull paper straw, guitar necklace and faux leather studded cuff for the boys/nail stickers for the girls.

The kids also got to 'bling out' their sunglasses with stick on jewels.

The birthday boys were ready to rock in their studded leather jackets, cuffs, band tees and wallet chains.

I loved seeing them rock out with the electric guitar and drums!

Not to mention, all the kids had a blast playing the instruments and singing along to some classic rock songs.

We finished the day off with the boys blowing out their candles.

Thanks so much for stopping in!  Here's another shot of my little ones rockin' out.
Rock on!
