Robert Patrick (Jackson Herveaux) will be returning to Bon Temps on a regular basis for season 6. Deadline reports that the actor, who stars on the ABC series Last Resort, is reportedly being released from his series contract so he can join True Blood.
Patrick was a reoccurring cast member during season 5 and appeared in the last three episodes. Last Resort has not officially been cancelled but ABC opted not to order anymore episodes of Last Resort, which the actor was cast in prior to getting the role in True Blood.
