Goodness knows that the way to not go crazy on long drives is to take breaks. Map out rest stops, monuments, and local hot spots along your route. Get out, stretch your legs, take some pictures to document your adventure, and it'll make getting there half the fun.
I am experienced in week long road trips. I've learned that on the long days- you dress the most comfortably. I'm loving this over-sized sweater from Lulu's, but the zipper detail on the back took it from cute to "hello new favorite sweater".
