From Hearthstone Brewery in North Vancouver comes their "Rizzla Rice Lager". The beer pours a very light straw colour with a white head. The aroma consists of mild bready malts, rice, lemon and sweetness. The flavour is of mild bready malts, rice, lemon, sweetness and a mild crisp finish. The alcohol content comes in at 4% with an IBU of 18. If you know me this is not really my style but it was well brewed and definitely on point.

Brewed using rice properly, for flavour rather than filler, bittered with classic northern brewer hops to balance the rice sweetness. Makes a great house lager.
