The world pop star Rihanna has kicked off her upcoming ANTI World Tour in Jacksonville FL. The North American leg of the 60-date trek, which was postponed due to production delays, finally arrived on Saturday (Mar. 12) and RiRi did not disappoint, according to show reviews and fan videos.
