Take an old sweater and cut off the sleeves. Take the sleeves and stitch or glue them to a pair of socks {preferably ones that stretch to mid-calf}. Then tuck them into your favorite winter boots. And there you have it, sweater boot cuffs! Or if you're lazy, just buy them here.
