The popular and addictive iOS game, ‘Ridiculous Fishing’ is finally heading over to Android very soon, developer Vlambeer claims. In case you didn’t know, Ridiculous Fishing is a “handcrafted game about fishing with guns, chainsaws & toasters.”
“Because of popular request, we’ve been working with Zach Gage & Greg Wohlwend since March to see if we can create an Android version of Ridiculous Fishing. The breakthrough came when we met up with the folks at Apportable, who have a framework that allows them to port the game over to Android. That port is now almost done, and the next time you see us mentioning this should be when it releases. It might be sooner than you think,” Vlambeer stated on a blog post.

The indie developer kept the release date and game details a mystery and it’s not sure if they would release the game on Android for free or as a paid app. However one thing is for sure, that it will keep you all the Android users hooked all day on this game.
