Milk - 1/2 liter
Cooked Rice - 1/4 cup
Saffron - pinch
Pista - 1 tbsp
Sugar - 1/4 pinch
Cardamom - Pinch
Method :
1. Add milk to the pan bring it to boil and cook it until it becomes half of its volume. Add a pinch of saffron to it.
2. Add cooked rice and sugar to it.
3. Add pinch of cardamom and coarsely grinded pista to it. Cook until the required consistency is reached.
Tips :
* As kheer cool downs it becomes thick, so keep that it mind while making it.
* Rice can be replaced with vermicilli.
* If it becomes very thick after cooling down add a few spoons of milk to it.
