Tuesday in Le Fooding, there was a review of Clandestino in Marseilles.
And Wednesday in Figaroscope, Emmanuel Rubin’s Hache Menu reviewed the aforementioned Caffe Stern. called the chef at Porte 12 a great talent. He then reviewed 5 new places, awarding 3 hearts to Ratapoil, 78 rue du Faubourg Poissonniere in 10th, 01.42.46.30, closed Saturday lunch and Sundays, where 3 dishes are 30, 4 are 40 and 5 are 50 E, for items such as oysters, coques and razor clams, mackerel, and snack-sized sweetbreads. Garnering 2 hearts was the aforementioned Tempero Le Comptoir in the 13th. Finally three places got but one heart: the aforementioned Wallace, Le Petit Platon in the 10th and the tapas place Cantine Max y Jeremy in the 10th.
Figaroscope’s Dossier by Colette Monsat, Alice Bosio and Hugo de Saint Phalle was on places to get steak tartare and listed 1-9:

Sunday in the JDD version femina, Francois LeMaire reviewed the newly redecorated and rechef’d (with a Japanese guy) Ferme St Simon, coordinates well-know, who served an exceptional amuse bouche, minced salmon, sweetbreads and strawberry tart on a 35 E lunch menu (a la carte 60 E). In the regular part of the paper Aurelie Chaigneau reviewed the aforementioned Pierre Sang on Gambey in the 11th (8/10); Colorova, 47, rue de l’Abbe-Gregoire in the 6th, 01.45.44.67.56 closed evenings and Sundays, costing 8 &12 for breakfast, 14.90 & 19 for lunch and 28 & 35 E for brunch – she had a perfect egg, gnocchis and a pastry from the window display (6.5/10); and revisited BAT in the 9th (7/10).
