Review: Urban Decay Naked 3 Palette + EOTD

By Abrunetteinthecity

Another day, another Urban palette review. Who can resist?
When I first laid eyes on this palette, I knew I had to have it. And I went out and bought it days after it was restocked at Sephora (of course it sold out within hours of its release)! But I have to admit, the reason I haven't reviewed it sooner is because I’m not that impressed with it.
In pictures, these colors are gorgeous! And they are great colors, with the usual UD pigmentation which makes for a perfect eyeshadow. Unfortunately, I just don’t think these colors are suitable for me. I use the same 2 colors every time I use this palette, but I never get much use out of the remaining shades.
With the said – I do think this palette is great for someone with darker skin than mine. But I don’t think these rose gold tones suit my already pale, pink skintone (at least not until I get a bit more of a tan). Of course, I'm sure I can always find a way to use the other shades, but for the cost of this palette...I'm not sure $52 was worth it for only two shades of daily use.
Below is the look I usually create using this palette. Its my two favorite shades: Liar & Factory.

Do you have this UD palette? Which one do you like the most?
