REVIEW | Hayan Face Silky Powder No.23

Choosing the right setting powder is not easy. It can either make your foundation or bb cream more or less lighter than your skin tone. As what I've learned from the BDJ Box beauty social (will post about this event soon) while choosing your powder, you must always consider the shade of the foundation you're gonna use so that there will be no shade adjustment after setting it with powder. That is why we always ended up using a translucent powder for a safe choice. 
I got this Hayan Korea's Face Silky Powder that was sent to me for review purposes. It's been on my makeup kit since then and I really wonder why I am doing the review of this powder only today lol.

Description: Hayan Silky Face powder gives the skin a natural look while keeping it healthy and fresh.  This long lasting powder absorbs oil and keeps the skin clear and smooth.  It easily glides onto skin creating that instant shine-free look made of the finest particles, it is easy to apply and blend.  It naturally covers blemishes and wrinkles, and does not cake or settle in fine lines of the skin.

As I mentioned on my other Hayan Korea's products, their packaging is quite simple. It is not that attractive but we must always remember the saying Do not judge the book by its cover, right? Hayan face silky powder comes in a sturdy plastic container with a black lid and box. What's also the good thing about Hayan's products is that it has a English translation, so you don't have to research for the product details. The only detail that the packaging lack is that the shade numbers is not indicated. 
          
VERDICT:
The powder is fine, soft and has a very mild scent. It's very smooth that makes it very easy to blend. What I got is the darkest shade, I always get one because most of my base makeup is bb cream so I need at least a bit darker setting powder to achieve the natural shade on my face. But what differ this Hayan Face Silky Powder from the other loose powders is that it tends to adjust itself to the color of your foundation/bb/cc cream; meaning that it doesn't change the color of your base. It simply set it and viola~ your makeup is good to go.
You can also wear it alone as it gives a natural powder-finish. It makes my skin shine-free for 4-5 hours maximum and definitely helps my makeup last longer. White cast on photograph? I don't think so-it's so natural like you put on a baby powder on your face. Coverage? Very light. It is a powder, not powder foundation, remember? So do not expect a good coverage. ^o^
