Review | Glam Eyes Iris – Violet from Beauty Lenses

After a long time of waiting, I finally got my hands on my new pair of contact lens from Beauty Lenses. It has also been a while since my last lenses review and to tell you the truth, I don’t know where to start anymore. Honestly, introduction is always my problem whenever I am blogging something. As usual, Beauty Lenses allowed me to choose whatever lens I wanted to try and ended up with the Glam Eyes Iris-Violet. Let’s move on to my review, shall we?

Beauty Lenses’s packaging is really pretty. Each lens comes in a pink box, polka dots, and a printed logo of the store. In the box, came in with a manual that will help every first timer on how they should take care their lenses; and for non-beginners, just ignore the manual and do your usual routine. Underneath the box you will see the type and color of the lens you have purchased. While the lens containers provide the important details such as expiration date.
Let me call this lens as GEIV, short for Glam Eyes Iris-Violet. At first I thought that this might be heavy on eyes when worn but it’s actually not. Although I cannot say that it is lightweight but just enough to make your eyes comfortable with it on.
Now, the lenses are now in action! The photo shows how the Glam Eyes Iris-Violet enlarged my eyes, how they looked like with and without makeup. VERDICT: My eyes became 20% larger and more dolly. The enlargement is really obvious and noticeable as well as its design. You might notice that the Glam Eyes Iris-Violet became blue on my dark brown eyes. It’s pretty disappointing that the color did not came out as violet as I wanted it to be but that’s no big deal.
Glam Eyes Iris-Violet has a very attractive and beautiful design; violet and black laces look very noticeable when worn and will compliment any eye colors. It’ll really bring out the dolly eyes that every ulzzang and gyaru girls wanted.
Because the lens is not heavy or light, it is comfortable when worn. It did not hurt my eyes yet I had a little difficulty putting it on since I have this small eyes. >.< But what I really love about GEIV is that it looks fabulous on photos!
